At this point, Spaulding & Slye is downplaying the deal,with spokesman Steve Steinberg insisting that "it's not officialyet." A full-service company that does everything from developmentand leasing to property management and investment sales, Spaulding& Slye has fewer than 500 employees, 300 of them in Boston. Thecompany will retain its headquarters at 255 State St., where itoccupies about 20,000 sf.
