Plans call for a campus ranging from 800,000 sf to 1.2 millionsf. The first structure, expected to be on line in 18 to 24 months,will total 120,000 sf and be designed to house 300 to 400employees. The campus will be built in three phases, with a minimumof 540,000 sf ready to occupy by 2004. The final building is to beconstructed in mid-2007. The campus will eventually house about1,800 workers of its investor service and operations units.
