.Trophy Investments is developing the 9.4-acre tract that willalso feature a McDonald's and 14,000 sf additional retail space. Acleaners and hair salon have already signed leases for thedevelopment's first phase, which is expected to be completed byNovember.
Trophy's owner, David Burgher, recently finalized the purchaseof a neighboring 3.7-acre parcel for a second building phase. Theacreage takes up the southeast corner of Texas 114 and US 377.
