Occupying more than two-thirds of the 36-acre Warm SpringsCorporate Center will be Asyst Technologies. The company has agreedto buy a 450,000-square-foot build-to-suit R&D complex thatwill be erected on 27 of the 36 acres.

Two additional spec buildings, one 69,000 sf and the other67,000 sf, are planned for the remaining acreage. Trumark hopes tobegin construction this fall and have the first buildings ready foroccupancy in August 2001. CPS, the Commercial Property ServicesCo., is marketing the two-story structures for Trumark.

Trumark purchased the land for Warm Springs earlier this yearfrom Adaptec for an undisclosed sum. Commercial Property ServicesCo. represented Trumark in the deal with Adaptec and the subsequentland sale to Asyst. Cornish & Carey/Oncor Internationalrepresented Asyst.
