Glaser will administer the construction loan and service the $15million permanent mortgage for Skyline Towers Apartments, a506-unit apartment property being renovated in St. Paul. Other bigprojects include a $14.5 million permanent mortgage for the RiversApartments, a 176-unit independent senior housing and assistedliving property in Burnsville, MN, and a $13.7 million permanentmortgage for Salem Green Apartments, a 320-unit property located inInver Grove Heights, MN.
Glaser also will monitor the construction loan and service the$29 million permanent mortgage financing for the new constructionand rehabilitation of American Can Apartments, a 268-unit apartmentbuilding being renovated and expanded in New Orleans, LA.
