The hot dog restaurateur has signed a 10-year lease at 609Congress Ave., where it plans to open a 4,400-sf in a former men'sclothing shop. The Central Business District shop is expected toopen next month. Another four to six are in the works for Austin'sfuture.

Company officials say the downtown Austin location is a naturalsince they specialize in food for people on the go, a profile thatfits nearly all city workers. The move into Austin was precipitatedby a flood of e-mails and telephone calls from hungry Austinites,say officials.
