The law firm, with 115 employees, including 61 attorneys, inColorado will take the top three floors of a 10-story officebuilding that is under construction at 380 Amber Dr. in theInterlocken Advanced Technology Environment Business Park along theUS 36 corridor, about 10 miles outside of Boulder.
The law firm, which has 580 attorneys nationwide, currentlyleases 24,000 sf in Boulder, where it has had a presence since1993. When it moves in early January, it will vacate its Boulderoffice, but will retain a subsidiary office in the Tabor Center indowntown Denver, said Michael Platt, a business partner at the lawfirm.
"This is our version of convergence,'' Platt told GlobeSt.com.''We're bringing our attorneys and staff together in a locationthat is convenient for access to clients in all directions."
