Joseph Cotter, president of iPark on Hudson, an affiliate ofNational Re/sources, says that plans are to upgrade the propertywith high-speed Internet and data access. Mercy College of DobbsFerry is planning to lease from 15,000 sf to as much as 40,000 sfas a satellite technology campus. In addition, Cotter and cityofficials confirm that Yonkers will establish a technologyincubator at the property to assist fledgling high-technologycompanies grow.

"We are talking with a number of telecommunications ande-commerce companies about leasing at the building," Cotter says.They will join tenants such as Kawasaki Rail Car, which occupiesapproximately 400,000 sf and employs 250 workers.
