The site was purchased from DHK Development, which wasrepresented by CB Richard Ellis. A smaller H-E-B store in Katy willbe closed when the new store opens in the first quarter of nextyear. H-E-B is in the process of replacing or expanding many of the45 H-E-B Pantry stores in Houston. The Pantry stores are alimited-inventory concept, placed in a store of approximately30,000 sf.
