The 1.3million-sf Mall at Wellington debuts in Palm Beach County inOctober 2001; the 1.26 million-sf International Plaza at the TampaInternational Airport comes on line in September 2001; and the 1.2million-sf Mall at Millennia in Orlando is scheduled to breakground by yearend with a targeted opening for first quarter2002.
In Miami, the Michigan-based REIT already has signed leases fromSaks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Dave & Busters, Burlington CoatFactory, Marshall's and Oshman's Super Sports.
The Palm Beach County center's anchors are Nordstrom, Lord &Taylor and Dillard's, along with J.C. Penney and Burdines.
