MorganSkenderian represent the buyer, Mohican 1152 Partners LLC of SanGabriel. The seller was represented by the Newport Beach office ofInvestment Property Group.
In the second transaction, Morgan Skenderian representedOrange-based seller FDK Enterprises in the $2.1 million sale of the40-unit Florburn Apartments at 6314-6324 Fishburn Ave., Bell. StarFunding Realty's Montebello office represented the buyer, privateinvestor Reynaldo Tobias of La Habra.
