Conspec manufactures construction chemicals. Annual sales forthe company are more than $20 million and it employs about 70people locally. Sales for Dayton Superior were estimated at $322million last year.
Conspec, located at 636 S. 66th Terrace, was founded in 1972.Greg Maday, former Conspec president and CEO, will remain on asvice president. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
