In the wake of robust activity, Boston Properties Senior vicepresident Bryan Koop says One Cambridge Center is now 100%occupied. The company, which is also developing two officebuildings across the river in Boston, is now marketing the finalproperty at Cambridge Center, a 12-building, 2 million-sf complexcarved out of the city's Kendall Square neighborhood. SevenCambridge Center, as it will be known, will have 170,000 sf ofoffice and retail space.
