Monroe, which will help ameliorate space constraints atthe firmÕs current location during the construction of DearbornCenter. Prime Realty Services Inc. represented ownership in thelease at 33 W. Monroe. The building is owned by Prime Group RealtyTrust.

The 37-story Dearborn Center is a development of the Prime Groupand Beitler Development Co. LLC. Douglas Elliman-Beitler, leasingagents for the property, represented the landlord in the 69,400-sflease. The property is currently under construction and isscheduled for completion in 2002.
