The structures are slated to open to tenants next week. Anofficial opening is scheduled for Oct. 8.
The development is located near 116th Avenue Northeast andNortheast 12th Street in Bellevue on Overlake's main campus. The210,000-sf tower will house upwards of 100 doctors' offices.
The space was more than 60 percent leased before work began in1999. Rents and parking revenue are expected to cover the project'scost, estimated at $57 million.
