Realife, a Burnsville, MN-based senior housing cooperative developer, plans to open four projects next year, three in the Twin Cities and one in Eau Claire, WI. The projects under construction for spring or summer of next year include two Realife Cooperatives – a 97-unit project in West St. Paul, and a 36-unit project in Eau Claire, and two Summerhill Cooperatives – a 48-unit project in Eden Prairie and a 36-unit project in Bloomington. This year, Realife opened the 74-unit Realife Cooperative of Mounds View, MN.

Realife founder Dick Hanson opened his first senior housing project in 1975 – the 338-unit 7500 York project in Edina, MN. Since then Hanson has developed 21 more projects totaling more than 1,100 units.
