Meanwhile, Genesis is putting finishing touches to a two-tower,600-unit complex at 3225 Turtle Creek, located in the same stretchwhere the Excelsior will be built. Excelsior construction isexpected to start in November on the property situated at the edgeof Lee Park. A 14-month construction period is planned.

Lee Park addresses are bringing in top-dollar prices for Dallasdevelopers. A spot in the Excelsior goes from about $200,000 up to$740,000 - reportedly still less than other high-rise prices in theimmediate vicinity.
