The doors are open once again to Ewing Southeast Realty. Atlanta real estate veteran Morris Ewing Sr. is reviving the firm with his son, Andy Ewing. The father-son team plans to focus on retail center acquisition/development and land brokerage.

The original Ewing Southeast Realty merged into Faison in 1993. That entity was bought by Trammell Crow five years later. For the last two years, the senior Ewing was a city leader for Trammell Crow Co. The new Ewing firm, Ewing Southeast Reaty LLC, has set up offices in Atlanta Galleria.
