The top floor, measuring 26,500 sf, has been leased by the lawfirm Lathrop & Gage, which will be moving from Building 40.There are 30 buildings and more than 2 million sf of class Aofficespace in Corporate Woods, located at College Blvd. andAntioch Road.Twenty five of the buildings are overseen by MC RealEstate.
''The economy is doing very well here,'' said Marlys Plson,generalmanager of MC Real Estate-Corporate Woods. ''Other projectsare under construction and filling very well. The Overland Parkeconomy is bullish.''
There is room for four more buildings in the northwest corner ofthe 300-acre Corporate Woods office park. The first building wasconstructed there in 1975. The contractor for Building 82 is J.E.Dunn Construction.
