Fields Motorcars of Florida Inc., which owns the exclusive metro-Orlando dealership rights for BMW, is operating a one-of-a-kind service center for the status auto. The $2 million, 9,000-square-foot facility will serve as a service center prototype for BMW nationwide.

Fields paid $500,000 or about $11.48 psf for the one-acre site on John Young Parkway and Futures Drive. Castle Commercial Realty represented the landowner, Orlando Central Park Inc. Eidson Realty negotiated for Fields. Orlando Central Park has 370 national and international companies employing 25,000 persons.
