A long-expected lease has given a Washington building underconstruction a new name.The international law firm Clifford ChanceRogers & Wells has signed on for the top three floors of the11-story, 231,000-sf building at 2001 K St. NW. The project'sdeveloper, Louis Dreyfus Property Group, agreed to name thebuilding in honor of the firm's senior partner.
