Ward, most recently regional vice president for WilsonCornerstone Properties, will be based in CarrAmerica's Pleasantonoffice. He will oversee all property operations in CarrAmerica'slargest West Coast market including third-party property andfacilities management services.
CarrAmerica owns, develops and operates office properties in 14markets throughout the United States. CarrAmerica's San FranciscoBay Area office/R&D portfolio includes 72 buildings containingapproximately 5.1 million square feet and 110,000 square feet underconstruction.
While at Wilson Cornerstone, Ward oversaw that company's 6.1million square foot San Francisco Bay Area portfolio. Prior tothat, Ward served as senior property manager for the GalbreathCompany in San Jose, overseeing 1.9 million square feet of officeand industrial space.
