Cisco plans to move into the building this fall.Kost says thereis still about 100,000-sf ofspace available for sublease in theHamm Building., from the St. Paul Co., which is looking to shiftout of the space. There are also significant chunks of subleasedspace, which is under contract to a tenant who wants to move.

Cisco Systems will take temporary space in the Hamm Buildinglater this month during the build-out of its permanent space, whichis expected to be complete in early October. Built in 1919 by theHamm's Brewing family, the HammBuilding underwent a completerenovation in 1997, updating its readiness for technology whiletrying to restore its architectural charm, such as its highceilings and tall windows.
