Margulies & Associates of Boston will design the facility.Project architect Colin Smith says the new interior will mirror thecompany's open, high-tech philosophy with a "dynamic, collaborativeenvironment." Workstations will be flexible and visible from thebroadcast studio, while glass-enclosed conference rooms will beangled throughout the building to provide quiet space.

Another feature will be the 2,600-sf Network Operations Center,whose glass façade will allow visitors to view the NOC uponentering the reception area. There will also be a state-of-the-artexecutive briefing center and bistro-style dining room.
