The developer of the project is Millennium Partners of New YorkCity, in joint venture with WDG Ventures of San Francisco. Thefirst 16-stories of the tower will hold a Four Seasons luxuryhotel. High-end condominiums will occupy the balance of theproperty.
Approximately 85 percent of the condos in Millennium Tower havebeen sold, with prices starting at about $1 million. Rooms at theFour Seasons are expected to rent for about $400 a night.
There will also be a two-level retail area at the ground floorand a 100,000-square-foot fitness club. The tower includes some15,000 tons of steel.
