Sources said the company is spending about $2 million torenovate the 44-year-old building. "We're investing a significantamount to modernize the building. It's still very structurallysound," Leo says.

Company officials did not wish to disclose the purchase price ofthe building. Citation was acquired by B.N. Bahadur in 1995, Leosays. The move was seen as part of larger plans to rejuvenate thesupply companies.

The company will move 275 employees from four smaller plants inRoseville and Warren, MI.
