Codina Group’s property management division is on a roll. The division picked up the 250,000-sf building at 2173 NW 99th Ave. in Miami, housing Carlos Albizu University, formerly The Miami Institute of Psychology.

Codina’s contract was renewed by the InterAmerica Center at 396 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables and a 200,000-sf office building at Beacon Point in Weston. Statewide, Codina manages 14 million sf in 42 properties.
