Greycor, a Chicago-area builder headquartered in south suburban Homewood, IL, has partnered with Construx, a privately owned construction company headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to form a new company. Graycon International S de R.L. de C.V. will specialize in design, construction and equipment installation for the manufacturing, industrial, hospitality and retail industries. The firm will focus on clients with an international scope who are looking to do business in Mexico.

Though Graycon International is a newly formed entity, the partnership between its joint owners was originally formed in 1966. Among other projects, the partnership has completed an upgrade to Ford Motor Co.Õs El Jarudo plant in Juarez, Mexico, in 1997.
