The one-story, 14,000-sf building is 100% occupied and islocated at the intersection of Interstate 17 and the Loop 101Freeway, says Cindy Talmadge, of RREEF's Chicago office.

"It is an excellent location," Talmadge tells GlobeSt.com. "It'sa growth area."

Talmadge wouldn't disclose the price paid to the seller, aprivate partnership known as Orsett 101 LLC. But the deal is alatest in a string of acquisitions that RREEF has made in theSouthwest and on the West Coast.
