The two biggest dollar-value transactions were a $3.6-million,21,000 sf, seven-year lease for Golden Pacific Insurance atMillennium Center, 181 W. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, and a $2.5million, 25,000 sf five-year lease for Software Technologies Corp.at 222 E. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, says Carl Anderson, vicepresident in Trammell Crow's Citadel office in Commerce.

Millennium Center, owned by Samuelson-Fetter LLP, repped itselfin the Golden Pacific transaction. Trammell Crow represented bothparties in the Software Technologies Corp. transaction, in abuilding owned by the State of Hawaii Employees RetirementSystem.
