The complex sits on 200 upland waterfront acres just across theHudson River from Manhattan. Residents have access to the New YorkWaterfront Ferry, and Hudson County's new light rail system will beextended to the site within the next few years. The long-termmaster plan calls for a build-out of 6,500 residential units, twomillion sf of mixed-use commercial space and a luxury hotel.
