According to C&W chief Arthur Mirante, the deal is a majorexpansion of the real estate firm's existing relationship withLucent, which to date has encompassed international brokerage.C&W will provide Lucent with facility management, accountingand project management services.

The portfolio will be managed from C&W's London office.Michael Swanstrom, managing director of asset services, willoversee the account.
