Startup costs were $750,000. “It's a complex animal,” the firm'spresident, Anthony Gimenez, tells GlobeSt.com. “We know there'scompetition out there, but we also know no one so far is goingafter the commercial market as we are.”

The company tracks structural and termite inspections, surveys,title searches, appraisals, repairs, home warranties and homeinsurance for commercial, multifamily and single-familyproducts.
