The San Francisco-based software developer has struck aseven-year deal for a lease worth approximately $750,000 on a35,000-sf space in the Koll Dublin Corporate Center in Dublin,Calif. The center sits at 4230 Dublin Boulevard and is close toI-680, a major traffic artery.
Macromedia's new space will eventually house 140 softwaredevelopers, 50 of whom are expected to begin working there by theend of the year.
The company already has a location in the higher-rent districtof Redwood Shores, a city on the northern end of Silicon Valley andabout midway up the San Francisco peninsula.
