Michael B. Williams will be responsible for overseeing the realestatecompany's design, construction and development—includingParkloft, theupscale 300-unit apartment loft project in theBallpark District in theEast Village area of Downtown.
Previously, Williams spent eight years with Los Angeles-basedDavisCos., where he was vice president of construction anddevelopment. Priorto that, he was a project and constructionmanager for LA-based developer J.H. Snyder Co.
