The two hotels, with a total of 445 rooms and a combined cost of$48 million, will be built at the 145-acre Church Ranch CorporateCenter near US 36 and W.104th Ave. US 36 is the main thoroughfareconnecting Denver and Boulder.

Etkin Johnson also plans a two-story, 63,000-sf office buildingat Church Ranch, a joint venture with local developers GreggBradley and Charlie McCay.
