The Denver-based Etkin Johnson Group, one of the largest commercial real estate owners in metropolitan Denver, plans to construct a full-service Marriott Hotel and Marriott Springhill Suites in Westminster, a suburb northwest of Denver.

The two hotels, with a total of 445 rooms and a combined cost of $48 million, will be built at the 145-acre Church Ranch Corporate Center near US 36 and W.104th Ave. US 36 is the main thoroughfare connecting Denver and Boulder.

Etkin Johnson also plans a two-story, 63,000-sf office building at Church Ranch, a joint venture with local developers Gregg Bradley and Charlie McCay.
