GE Polymerland, a plastic resin distributor and subsidiary of Connecticut-based General Electric Co., is leasing the entire three-story building at 9930 Kincey Ave. in Huntersville Business Park, just north of Charlotte. The tenant will occupy the space in December.

GE is the largest single tenant to date in the 640-acre, 793,000-sf office/warehouse park.GE Polymerland also occupies space at 12200 Herbert Wayne Court and at 13245 West Reese Blvd. in the park. Spectrum Properties brokered the transaction.
