Demolition will take eight-to-12 weeks. C.E. John Co. will beginwork on Tenth@Hoyt - the Howell Building's 150,000-sf replacement -in the first quarter of 2001. Tenth@Hoyt is scheduled to open inthe second quarter of 2002.

Approximately 130,000 sf of the new building will be officespace, with the remaining 20,000 sf slated for retail. Grubb &Ellis and RC Ford Co. hold the leasing contract.
