Ten floors, translating into 45 condominiums, will be added tothe building. Simply called 220 West Seventh, units will range from1,350 sf to 4,800 sf and carry price tags from $425,500 to $2million each.

Among the amenities is a day porter service. Units will bedesigned with open floor plans, 11-foot ceiling andfloor-to-ceiling windows. Condos will go from the third to 10thfloor, with the upper two floors consisting of penthouse suites. Anestimated 17,000 sf of retail space will take up the first andsecond floors. The project will get under way in the fourthquarter; occupancy tentatively is slated for early 2002. It isadjacent to LBJ Holding's fully leased Brown Building loftapartments, where Johnson and her husband, Ian Turpin, live in thepenthouse
