Named Scripps Northridge Corporate Plaza, the new two-storybuilding is scheduled to be completed by February in this northernsuburb of San Diego. It can accomodate two to four tenants, andmarketing efforts will focus on knowledge-based or R&D tenants,says Robert V. Lankford, president and CEO of San Diego-basedLankford & Associates.
The building will be the fourth at Lankford's Scripps NorthridgeCorporate Center, a business park off Scripps Poway Parkway.Electronic giant Nokia has already signed up for about 320,000 sfin the business park, and Maintenance Warehouse has another 151,000sf for use as its regional headquarters.
