The parcel stands at 1500 N. Lemon St., a little north of theRiverside (91) Freeway. Construction should start in about twomonths, says John A. Manavian, director of development for LA-basedPacific Theaters.
Lowe's Home Improvement, the big do-it-yourself chain, hasalready agreed to take about half the project for a new store.Pacific Theaters also plans to build two full-service restaurants,three drive-through restaurants and some office space on thesite.
The Lowe's will include a 25,000-sf garden center and shouldopen next spring, Manavian says.
