Ernst & Young has leased 45,000 sf for six years and thenonprofit Conservation International is said to be considering80,000 sf after its deal to move into 4501 Connecticut Ave. NW fellapart. In addition, Digital video production company SlingshotNetworks may sign up for about 100,000 sf on a 10-year lease.
Work on the eight-story, 275,000-sf building is expected to befinished in the third quarter. Rents are in the $40 per sfrange.
