Packed into one 89,000 sf building on the property, Timberlineis currently seeking approval from the City of Beaverton to buildout its lot by adding 30,000 sf wing to its existing building, andconstructing a separate, 50,000-sf building and a parking structurenext to it, Timberline CFO Carl Asai tells GlobeSt.com.

"We're progressing with our campus expansion plans, but we needthe space now," says Asai, whose company has grown from 408employees to 470 since the start of the year. "We're pretty tightlypacked in here."

A public hearing on the company's master plan for the site isscheduled for later this month. In the meantime, Timberline ishaving to lease nearby space in the Prudential-owned SummitBuilding, which sits three-tenths of a mile away from Cornell Oaksat 1260 N.W. Waterhouse Ave.
