The company is also reserving land for an additional 20,000-sfstructure for further expansion, according to Ken Chapman, aprincipal at Crosland Commercial which is developing the new TimeWarner asset.

Time Warner currently operates its call center, technicaloperations, customer service, ad sales activity and telecom groupout of four different Charlotte area locations. The company willcontinue to occupy a 45,000-sf building at 316 East Morehead St.when the new call center is completed.
