Bin Li, who owns Chinese restaurants in Joplin, MO andLafayette, LA, will be expanding into California with the openingof a Chinese buffet restaurant in the space formerly occupied byFeathers Nightclub. Occupancy is slated for this fall, according tothe Brentwood office of NAI Capital Commercial, which representedSmaldino. Judy Kuo of Century 21 Classic, Cerritos, repped BinLi.
The restaurant, at the high traffic corner of Broadway andRosemead Boulevard in the San Gabriel Valley community, is afree-standing building with parking for 200 cars.
