Construction on the Kierland Corporate Center, a108,000 sf ClassA office building, was recentlycompleted and now has posted 82,000sf of leases. Thefour-story building is located in the masterplannedcommunity of Kierland, immediately west of ScottsdaleRoad onGreenway Parkway.
Honeywell International Inc. leased the entire topfloor, 28,000sf. Honeywell plans to occupy the spacein September withMyPlant.com, an Internet venture.Other tenants include AIG AviationInc., Gillette Co., National CenturyFinancial Enterprises,FirstHorizon Mortgage and North American Title.
The local office of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessorinall negotiations.
