Willow CSN Inc. will bring about 60 employees to the 91,600-sfclass A office building completed this year by Stiles Corp. atHuntington Centre. The tenant is leasing 22,585 sf of space, whichit expects to occupy in mid-October. The five-year lease has anestimated value of $2.6 million. Class A office rents in Miramaraverage $23.73 psf, compared with $30.48 psf in Downtown Miami.
A twin 91,600-sf building is scheduled to break this week withcompletion targeted for next May. The site is at the northeastcorner of Miramar Parkway and I-75 in this South Browardcommunity.
The new space will tie in with Willow CSN's announced plans todouble the size of its corporate workforce within the year.Additionally, the firm expects to double its present 1,500independent contractors who work out of their homes handlingcustomer service calls for such companies as Ticketmaster, 1-800FLOWERS.com and Fingerhut.
