One anchor tenant isthe well-known Rowe Manse Emporium, a department store featuring anunusual array of merchandise, much of it adult-oriented. It alsofeatures the now-shuttered Yogi Berra/Phil Rizzuto Bowling Alley,which is being converted to 36,000 sf of multi-tenant retailing.Some 20,000 sf has already been committed by by A.C. Moore, anational arts and crafts retailer.
