Sholom & Zuckerbrot LLC of Long Island City reports it has brokered three long-term leases for G+G Retail Inc. of New York City, parent company of Rave Girl, totaling 7,400 sf of space.

Franklin S. Zuckerbrot, executive vice president of S&Z Realty, says the three leases are at Clocktower Plaza, 91-10 Atlantic Ave. in Ozone Park, Queens, for 2,400 sf; at Concourse Plaza at 161st St. in the South Bronx, for 2,500 sf and at New Horizons Retail Center, 174th St. in the Bronx, for 2,500 sf. The New Horizons Shopping Center is under construction and will be anchored by a Pathmark grocery store.

He adds that the three leases signify the entrance of Rave Girl into the Queens and Bronx markets. G+ G Retail, founded in 1924, operates more than 500 Rave, G+G and Rave Girl stores nationwide and in the Caribbean.
