He will work with O. Ford Gibson, president and COO; HenryBefeler, CFO; and Dianne Harker, senior VP of operations. One ofFerranti's assignments will be to expand and strengthen thecompany's information technology for internal operations as well asclient services.
Ferranti joined Codina Development in 1997 as senior vicepresident and became president of the unit last year. He has workedin the real estate industry for 30 years, specializing in finance,marketing and business development.
